This is a dinner CE and you will receive 2 hours of PQAC accredited CPE

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe the evidence-based methodology behind the Beers updates
  • Identify drugs to be avoided or used with caution in older adults
  • Describe the application of criteria to avoid high risk medications to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide updates to peers in their workplace on new regulatory guidelines that impact institutional quality ratings
  • Implement their expertise in optimizing pharmacotherapy in older adults in a variety of settings
  • Optimize consultant pharmacists impact by enhancing their institutions ability to achieve their quality rating goals

The Washington State Pharmacy Association (WSPA) has accredited the CE through PQAC for 2 hours of CPE. WSPA will email the statement of credit 5-6 weeks after the event. If you do not receive a statement of credit please contact them at 425-228-7171 ext. 0.
