Jennifer Hammer
Jennifer Hamner, PharmD, BCPPS, has been the pharmacy residency and pharmacy intern program director since 2007 at Children's Hospital Colorado (CHCO). She also served as the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services until 2013 and transitioned at that...MoreJennifer Hamner, PharmD, BCPPS, has been the pharmacy residency and pharmacy intern program director since 2007 at Children's Hospital Colorado (CHCO). She also served as the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services until 2013 and transitioned at that time to her current role of Manager of Professional Development. Dr. Hamner completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at The University of Texas at Austin and completed her specialty residency in pediatric pharmacy at CHCO. During her time in a management role, she has revamped the CHCO pharmacy intern program and has grown the program from 1-2 interns to 20 interns. She serves regularly as a guest surveyor for ASHP accreditation visits for both PGY1 and PGY2 pediatric pharmacy residencies and has served as the pediatric networking lead for ASHP. Dr. Hamner has presented pearls and programs on precepting and leadership on the national level at the National Preceptor Conference and Midyear Cli nical Me etings. Dr. Hamner serves as a preceptor and mentor for pharmacy residents, interns and students that rotate through CHCO.Collapse

How To Attend
Join the live program from your office, home, or hotel room using a computer for the web portion and telephone for the audio portion. You may ask questions, participate in surveys, and post comments from your computer during the program. You may also invite colleagues to watch the program from a shared computer or projection screen and speakerphone. Please note that credit (if available) is only provided to registered attendees participating at their own computer and phone. Simple instructions with a link to the program will be sent when you register.

Credit
