The Washington State Pharmacy Association has partnered with CEI to offer streamlined access to pharmacy technician education. All the programs and credit you need to continue your education is located in one place. There are ten, one-hour written modules you can print and complete on the go. Also included are live and on demand webinars in the area of pharmacy law and patient safety.

If you are a WSPA Member, this service is completely FREE by getting the member code, click here. Annual WSPA Technician membership is only $50. If you would like to become a member, click here.

As a Washington State Pharmacy Association member, and CEI partner, you now have FREE access to CEI’s " CPhT Recertification Bucket ". You can access this bucket through our Partners page on the CEI website  - If you choose not to become a WSPA member, you can purchase the CE separately.

How do I access the bucket?


  1. Get the member access code - click here
  2. Go to Click on the white “Partner” icon
  3. Locate and click on the WSPA logo
  4. Enter the member code and click " Apply"
  5. You will be prompted to login or if you are new to CEI, begin by clicking “LOGIN”
    and create an account
  6. Click CONFIRM at the bottom of the page


  1. Go to Click on the "CPhT Recertification” icon
  2. Click on the CE activity you would like to view or register for and click "register". You may also purchase the entire bucket
  3. You will be prompted to login or if you are new to CEI, begin by clicking “LOGIN”
    and create an account

How do I submit my CPE?
1. Log on to, click on " My Profile"
2. Locate the activity title you wish to complete within your profile and click on the exam
3. Complete the exam and evaluation as prompted and click submit to send your information to CPE Monitor

"My Activities" lists all of your active programs so you can see what needs to be completed before you can claim your credit. Once your credit has been claimed, the program will move to "Completed Activities" so you know it’s done. No more confusion about where you stand with your credit. You can also move activities into"Not Now", in case you change your mind and don’t want to do a program. What if you decide you want to do it later? No problem, just move it back to"My Activities" and you’re good to go!
