DOH Adopts Pharmacy Fee Rules

The Department of Health adopts rules increasing application and renewal fees for many of the pharmacy profession and pharmaceutical firm credentials to generate additional revenue to recover from the current budget deficit and align program revenue and expenditures. The fee increases are effective January 1, 2019.  Permanent rules (CR-103) filed as WSR 18-21-123. The new fees apply to all license renewals on or after January 1, 2019 (including late renewals) and all original applications.
