WSPA has a NEW online CE platform for Annual Meeting

Lecture Panda (LP) is the new CE platform for the Annual Meeting. LP can be used to view presentation materials, respond to speaker questions via an audience response system, claim CE credit, and evaluate sessions.

The following link will take you to LecturePanda to create your profile. Your NABP# and date of birth is required for pharmacist and technicians. Once you create your profile you will receive an email from LP. Please keep this email as this will be how you access your profile again. This link will connect you to the audience response system, upload CE credit, and download presentation materials. If you lose the link, please contact WSPA and we can resend the email. Please do not create a duplicate profile.

Your profile in LP will allow you access to the “Materials” section to download and print presentations before the meeting. Printed handouts or presentations will not be provided at the meeting. Please print materials if you would like a copy in hand. Also, please bring your own notetaking materials including pen and paper or laptop/tablet. For your reference here is a copy of the Annual Meeting Agenda at a Glance. The agenda with complete CE information will be included in the meeting guide handout. If a presentation is not available please check back closer to the meeting. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

We are excited to network, learn and celebrate at the WSPA 2019 Annual Meeting at Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, WA! This email will help you prepare for the meeting and know what to expect.  If you only purchased ticket(s) to the Awards of Distinction Ceremony, you’ll also get this email. The ceremony is on Saturday, November 9th at 11:50 AM at the Suncadia Resort, in Rialto A&B. You can pick up your tickets at the conference registration booth any time before the luncheon.

A few things to note:

  • The Agenda at a Glance can help you plan your time.
  • You should have received a separate email regarding LecturePanda (LP) which is the new CE platform of the WSPA Annual Meeting. Through LP you can view presentation materials, participate in the audience response system, and claim CE credit. If you did not receive the email, please let me know and I will send you a repeat email. If you want to bring printed handouts, visit the LP site before the meeting.
  • The Poster Presentations will be Friday the 8th from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The “Meet the Authors” Session is from 5:00-6:00 PM. We are seeking poster evaluators! Poster Evaluators can receive an hour of PQAC Approved CE. If you would like to be a poster judge, please let WSPA staff know and pick up the evaluation materials from the registration desk.
  • Registration packets are available Friday (11/8) from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday (11/9) from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM in the Suncadia Resort Conference Wing. Look for the WSPA registration sign and table.
  • The UW and WSU Scholarship Fund will have a wine raffle throughout the meeting – plan on bringing cash to “pay it forward” and you might just pick up a great bottle of “liquid grape”!

If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (425) 228-7171. We look forward to seeing you at WSPA’s 2019 Annual Meeting!
