Washington State AmCA Pharmacist Directory

The AmCA is collecting information about Ambulatory Care Pharmacists throughout the state of Washington to create a directory for everyone’s use. This directory will be accessible on the WSPA AmCA member page and will create an opportunity to learn about what other institutions are currently doing and provide contact information for those interested in learning how to expand pharmacy services. The information for this spreadsheet will be collected through an online survey. The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete. Thank you to everyone who has already filled out the survey and contributed!
